When you create an account and upload your personal content to the Platform, we collect and process the information you provide to us, including technical and behavioral information about your use of the Platform. We also collect information about you if you download an application and interact with the Platform without creating an account.

We use your data to provide you with the Platform and to improve and administer the Platform. Your data is used for a variety of purposes, including displaying content suggestions to you in "Recommended for You", promoting the improvement and development of the Platform and ensuring your safety. Where appropriate, we will also use your personal data to provide you with targeted advertising and promote the Platform.

We share your data with third-party service providers who assist us in providing this platform, such as cloud storage service providers . We also share your data with business partners, other companies in the same group as Chopsticks, content moderation services, measurement service providers, advertisers and analytics providers. Where required by law, we will share your data with law enforcement agencies or regulators and with third parties in accordance with legally binding court orders.

We will keep your data for as long as we need it to provide you with services. We collect and use the following information about you:

Information you provide to us when you register on the Platform, including your username, password, date of birth (if applicable), email address and/or telephone number, information you fill in your user profile, and your photo or profile video.

We process the content you generate and view on the Platform, including preferences you set (e.g. language selection), photos, audio files and videos you upload or create, comments you post and online LIVE (" User Content "). In order to recommend music or audio files and provide other customized recommendations, we collect User Content by pre-loading it when you create, enter or upload it, whether or not you choose to save or upload the User Content. If you include a special effect in your User Content, we may still collect User Content that does not contain the special effect. We may also collect image and audio data as part of your User Content, such as identifying objects and landscapes, their presence and location in images of facial and physical features and attributes, the nature of audio files, and the textual content of words spoken in your User Content. We may collect this information for special video effects, content moderation, demographic classification, content and advertising recommendations, and other non-personal identification operations. With your permission, we may access content found in your device's scrapbook, including text, images and videos. For example, if you choose to enable content sharing with third-party platforms, or choose to paste content from your scrapbook into Chopsticks' application, we will access this data stored in your scrapbook to meet your request. We collect information through surveys, challenges and competitions you participate in. We also collect information about your use of the Platform, such as how you interact with the Platform, including how you interact with the content we show you, the ads you watch, the videos you watch and the problems you encounter, the content you like, the content you save to Favorites, the users you follow and how you interact with common followers. In order to provide personalized content, we also infer your preferences, including your interests, gender and age. We process your follower data, the number of likes you receive, and responses to your uploads in order to promote your content to other users and to explore if your profile presents opportunities for further collaboration. Where appropriate, we also use your personal data to provide Personalized Ads and to introduce you to new services and opportunities.

You may choose to share certain information with us from a third party or through your use of the Platform, and we may automatically collect that third party information. Further details about the information we receive from third parties are set out below:

If you choose to register or use the Platform through third party social networks account details (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google) or by logging into services, you will provide or allow us to provide your username, public profile and other information about those social networks. We will also share certain information with your social network, such as your application ID, access token and referring URL. For further information on sharing your Facebook contact list with us, please see the "Search Other Users and Invite Your Friends" section below. If you link your Chopsticks account to another service, we may receive information about your use of that service.

Advertisers, AD Networks and Analytics Providers

We use the information we collect from you and your interactions with the Platform and other third-party websites and applications to infer your possible interests in order to provide you with more relevant advertisements. This information shows us the websites you have visited, applications you have downloaded and purchases you have made, allowing us to predict other content that may be of interest to you in the future and to assess how effective advertising on the Platform is. We collect this information through the use of cookies and similar technologies on the Platform and from third parties who advertise on the Platform and whose websites or applications you have viewed.

We collect specific information about the device you use to access the Platform, such as your IP address, user agent (user agent ), carrier, time zone setting, identification code for advertising purposes, your device model, device system, network type, device IDs, your screen resolution and operating system, names and types of applications and files, keystrokes or tempo, battery status, audio settings and connected audio devices. If you log in from multiple devices, we will be able to use your profile information to identify your activities on different devices. We may also associate your identity with information collected on devices other than the device you use to log in to the Platform.

We collect general location information about you, including based on your SIM card and/or IP address. With your permission, we may also collect precise location information (e.g. GPS).

You can choose whether or not to use our "Search Friends" feature to search for other users of the platform. This feature allows you to see which friends are using the platform from your phone contact list or Facebook friend list, giving you the opportunity to follow them. You can also use this feature to invite your contacts to join the platform. We will use the contact information of the person in your phone contact list or Facebook friends list and give you the option to send them a text message ( SMS ), email or third-party message (such as Whatsapp, Facebook (including Facebook Messenger) or Twitter) inviting them to view your Chopsticks profile.

Application internal purchase tokens are available in certain jurisdictions, if you live in those jurisdictions. Your purchases are made through your Apple iTunes or Google Play account. We do not collect any financial or billing information from you in connection with such transactions. Please review the terms and notices of the relevant app store regarding the processing of such information. To ensure that we deposit the correct value of tokens into your account, we keep a record of your purchase, when you purchased it and how much you spent. In addition to the internal purchase function of application tokens, if you choose to conduct other payment-related transactions, the platform may collect payment information for payment purposes, including payment card numbers or other third-party payment information (eg PayPal).

We may sometimes ask you to provide proof of identity or age in order to use certain features, for example, an online LIVE or verified account, or to ensure that you are old enough to use the Platform when you apply for a professional account, or in other situations where verification may be required.

We and our suppliers and service providers use cookies and other similar technologies (for example, web beacons, Flash Mob cookies , etc.) ("Cookies") to automatically collect information, measure and analyze the pages you click on and how you use the Platform to enhance your experience using the Platform and improve our services. We will also share certain information with the relevant social network, such as your application ID, access token and referring URL. If you choose to allow third-party services to access your account, we will share certain information about you with third parties. Depending on the permissions you grant, third parties may obtain your account information and other information you choose to provide.

If you choose to share content on a social media platform, the video, username and accompanying text will be shared on that platform, or if shared through an instant messaging platform such as Whatsapp, a link to the content will be shared.

If you choose to purchase tokens or make other payment-related transactions, we will share information with the relevant payment provider to facilitate this transaction. For token transactions, we share a transaction ID so that we can identify you and deposit the correct value of tokens into your account after you complete your payment.

We provide information and content to service providers who support our business, such as cloud service providers and content moderation service providers, to ensure that the Platform is a safe and enjoyable place, and to service providers who assist us in marketing the Platform.

We use analytics providers to help us optimize and improve our Platform. Our third-party analytics providers also help us serve targeted advertising

Advertisers and AD Networks

We share information with advertisers and third-party audience measurement companies to determine how many and which users of the Platform view or click on advertisements. We share your device ID with audience measurement companies so that we may link your activity on the Platform to your activity on other websites; we also use this information to show you advertisements that may be of interest to you.

Please note that if your profile is public, your content can be viewed by anyone on the platform, and can be accessed or shared by your friends, followers, and third parties such as search engines , content aggregators, and news sites. You can change who can see your video each time you upload it. Alternatively, you can change your profile to Private Account in the "Manage My Account" settings to change your profile to Private by default.

sale or merger

We may also disclose your information to third parties in the following circumstances:

* If we sell or buy any business or asset (whether due to Liquidation, Insolvency or otherwise), we will disclose your information to a potential seller or buyer of the business or asset in the transaction; or

You can access and edit most of your profile data by logging in to Chopsticks. You can delete user content you upload. We also provide tools in the settings that allow you to control, in particular, who can view, message or comment on your videos. You can also choose to delete your entire account in the settings. You also have certain rights under applicable law, which may include the right to access, delete, update or verify your data, the right to be informed about the processing of your data, the right to appeal to competent authorities, and potentially other rights.
